Basic Function:
  1. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales operation team by developing the team through coaching, motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  2. Manage the sales operation administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
  3. Responsible for managing the sales & operation team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, buying, distribution and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, productivity and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout Indonesia.
  4. Assist in the development of the annual business plan, specifically advising on:realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and in store sales promotion programme plans.
Principal Accountabilities: Management
  1. Ensure that all sales and operation activities are in accordance with the company vision, mission & core values.
  2. Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of sales and operation teams to accomplish specific objectives.
  3. Responsible for controlling & monitoring the performance of the sales & operation team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic report (DSR, google calendar, GR,etc).
  4. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team,set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
  5. Oversee the operations of the sales operation, for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
  6. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  7. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  8. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  9. Manage daily operational activities of the stores ( currently 19 Stores nation wide), including Sales & stock reporting, monitoring sales report and achievement, monitoring marketing programs, etc.
  10. Analyze sales and stock report, implement strategies or procedures for better improvement.
  11. Implement and review stores SOP to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  12. Manage, lead, motivate and train Sales Coordinator & Sales Assistants in order to achieve store target.
  13. Ensure high levels of customer satisfication through excellent service
  14. Maintain outstanding store condition & visual merchandising standard
  15. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Leadership & Development :
  1. Personally observe & supervise the performance outlets, sales & operation team in the field and enhance relationship with business partners on a regular basis.
  2. Provide high standards of ongoing learning for the sales & operation team so that they possess sufficient skill, knowledge & attitude to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
  3. Lead by example & strive for continues improvement.
Budgeting :
  1. Manage the preparation of the department's budget
  2. Report to management on variances from the established budget, the reasons forthose variances and corrective action plan.
  3. Assist management in the formulation of its overall sales operation direction.

Working Conditions: Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to travel, including overnight as required.
  2. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends.
  3. Ability to lift and carry 20 kg.
  4. Ability to maneuver around sales floor, back room and office areas.
  5. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

Business Development Head

Basic Function
  1. Responsible for obtaining a profitable income through the wholesale (WS) & joint operation (JO) system.
  2. Responsible for managing the sales & developing a business plan and promoting product owned
  3. Creating & developing business relationships and can maintain a good relationship with existing & new business partners
  4. Manage all sales administration (sales order-invoice- delivery order-reporting, etc) as proper
  5. Assist in the development of the annual business plan by advising on realistic forecasts for each product (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales promotion program plans.
  6. Initiate & build feasibility study on new business platform, new colaboration & location for new store.
Principal Accountabilities

  3. Responsible for controlling & monitoring the performance of business partner through the report system and communications involving sales reports, meeting results

  5. Implementing a national sales programs by developing an action plan in the field of sales
  6. Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping the existing supply, demand, changing the trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Development
  1. Making an aboservation directly, supervise business partner’s performance and enhance relationship with them regularly
  2. Providing a training and an accurate information about the product, collections, fashion trends to
  3. business partner so that they have sufficient knowledge and skill in running sales operation
Budgeting
  1. Manage & control operating budget that has been arranged by department
  2. Report any budget spent, reviewing the effectiveness of its use as well as improvement futureplan
  3. To assist management in the formulation of operational budget
Success Measurement

Physical Requirements
  1. Willing to travel including stay overnight if necessary

Junior System Analyst
Basic Function:
  1. Control and monitor flow process data on ERP Software
  2. Control and monitor any document related with ERP Software
  3. Analyzing and problem solving for any issue in ERP Software
  4. Review and give report with any issue in transaction or report as regular period.
Principal Accountabilities: Management
  1. Maintain and assist all of activity in ERP Software specialized in Manufacturing Activity including module of Inventory
  2. Ensure that all transaction activities of data entry accordance with company procedures.
System analysis
  1. Review the performance and results of data entry activity in ERP Software
  2. Review system bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of system throughput
  3. Create additional analyses and reports of system as requested by management
  4. Monitor and analyse data and procedure of ERP Software
  5. Establish and enforce proper data entry methods, policies and p
  6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
